While we often work for clients that have hired design professionals, such as Architects and Interior Designers, it is not always necessary to have architects plans before talking to us. Part of our job is to advise the potential client of the necessary elements that need to be implemented in order to execute any job properly. We are very knowledgable of the permitting process and will advise and take care of all permit applications if hired.
